Understandably, hygiene and personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an error on our part you may return your unused item for an exchange within 30 days. All items are made to order. Processing times vary from range from 1 to 3 weeks. We do our best to ship within the estimated ship date, however, there are times when we have a flux in demand which may cause shipping delays, especially with our masks. Please be patient with us as we work to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

Always impressed by the work and material. I made my daughter one when she was born and she still has and uses it often. (She’s 6 now) Thank you!

I was a little disappointed that the product hadn't been delivered and it has been a month since it was ordered. In the end, it will be worth it, but the turn- around time wasn't as quick as I had hoped.

1 out of 5 starsIm never one to complain or leave reviews however I ordered a gift in the beginning of November (prior to holiday season) and the baby blanket I had ordered took 6 weeks to arrive when it’s noted “appx 1-3 weeks.” I reached out to seller several times for arrival estimates (nov 9- dec 23). When I finally received my blanket after all that time, the embroidered name on the blanket was WRONG. The blanket itself was nicely made but if you want a quick responding seller and proper gift made, I don’t believe this is the shop to go to. Long story short — I got a refund on my order.

The processing time is 1-3 weeks, however it could take more or less time depending on the volume as stated in the shop policy. Please keep in mind this was also over the holidays and although this shop was open for business we we enjoying the holiday season. There was an error on the name. The buyer provided two names and one of the names did not copy into the embroidery software. We would have gladly remade the item and shipped to the buyer at no additional costs however the buyer filed a claim and requested a refund which was received. This in no way justifies a reason to shut this shop down. This shop is rated 4.5 stars overall and has had great ratings over the years it has been in business.

1 out of 5 starsI got the pillow just in time for a Christmas gift. I ordered the pillow in white with pink monogramming or so I thought I did. When it came it was monogrammed in black. You would think if I hadn't specified a color for the monogram I would be sent an email asking what I wanted. I viewed my receipt but it didn't say. So really I don't know if it was my fault or the shop. If I had of gotten it with the pink I would have rated 5 star's.

3 out of 5 starsThe inital order took a while to fill. When I got the hats, they weren’t as described because the back was velcro instead of the slide rings. I reached out to her and she redid the order but warned that the colors aren’t the same as my initial request. The colors were off and it took a while to get back. The quality was okay but overall not the best experience.
